Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every box we pack. If something isn't right, we'll fix it — fast.

The Short Version

If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. No hassle, no runaround.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

  • Inspect your box upon delivery. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will either ship the missing or replacement items at no charge, or issue a full or partial refund — whichever you prefer.
  • You do not need to return the damaged items. Just let us know what happened and we'll take care of it.

Returns & Cancellations

Unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • If you change your mind, unopened and unused boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or call 209-448-8708. We'll arrange pickup or provide a return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned box, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Opened boxes are not eligible for return unless items are damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered as scheduled, we'll resolve it same day.

  • If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery window, contact us immediately and we will investigate.
  • For same-day delivery orders that miss the window, we will either deliver the same evening or the following morning at no additional charge.
  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, redelivery fees may apply.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every box we pack. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right — no hassle.

  • Every box is packed by hand and checked against the grade-level supply list before it leaves our facility.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
  • Our goal is simple: every student should start the school year with everything they need. If that didn't happen, that's on us.

To ensure we can resolve issues quickly, please report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Reports made after this window may be subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
