1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Wild Delta Supply Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and transactions conducted through Wild Delta Supply Co., whether placed online, by phone, or by email.

2. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or in unusually large quantities without prior arrangement.

Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

3. Delivery Terms

Wild Delta Supply Co. delivers within San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties, California. Delivery outside this service area is not available unless expressly arranged in advance.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or address errors provided by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or inaccessible location, redelivery fees may apply.

4. Refunds & Returns

If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — either by shipping replacement items at no charge or issuing a full or partial refund.

Unopened and unused boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or call 209-448-8708.

Opened boxes are not eligible for return unless items are damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

5. Product Contents

Each supply box is curated based on grade-level recommendations and general classroom needs. Specific items within a box may vary based on availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary.

Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual contents may differ slightly in brand or appearance while meeting the same functional specifications.

Wild Delta Supply Co. does not guarantee that box contents will satisfy every school's specific supply list requirements. Customers are encouraged to review their school's list before ordering.

6. Bulk & District Orders

School districts and organizations placing bulk orders must contact us in advance to arrange pricing, scheduling, and delivery logistics. Bulk orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Volume discounts are available and will be confirmed in writing prior to order fulfillment. Wild Delta Supply Co. reserves the right to require a deposit for large orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wild Delta Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of use or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in these Terms and Conditions and our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Privacy & Customer Information

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Customer data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable California privacy laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

Wild Delta Supply Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
